Sit Ups

I had surgery on June 10th and I am wanting to do sit ups. I have lost 18lbs since the 10th and know that I am going to have a serious apron and want to start working at tightening up the skin early. I am now down to 242 lbs and I am ready to work . Is doing sit ups at this stage too early?

Probably way too soon for crunches. Your abdominal wall needs to heal completely or you risk a hernia. I'm 7 months (today) and I still have a bit of tenderness if I do a lot of sit ups. Also know

Thank you for the advice!

I'm envious you feel so good! I was sleeved on the 7th and I can't even contemplate a crunch or a sit up. Heck I have a very hard time getting outta bed. :)
