I have not had anything that I am not allowed to have and yesterday I was 4 weeks post op! I want something sweet! I don't want to cheat, even with a small cookie! What is something that will fulfill my craving without throwing me over the edge!

Quest Cravings makes a protein peanut butter cup. I usually only eat one when I'm having a sweet craving. 120 cal, 3.5g net carb, 10g protein. Hits the spot.
