Day 9 post op and down 51 lbs!

I was 400 pounds on May 21st, had my surgery on June 11th and at my 1 week visit I weighed 349!! Wow!! So between my 3 week Pre op liquid diet and the post op stuff I lost 51 pounds! This makes me very happy!!

    It's so worth it!

    I'm at 7-days post op. I lost 19 pounds during the pre op liquid diet and I've lost 12 pounds in the last 7 days.

    This is such an amazing tool and I feel incredibly inspired with my own results and with all of yours.
