noise from the misection?

Is anyone experiencing gurgling air noises from your midsection? I'm currently 13 days post op. And it is driving me crazy all of this gurgling noises and bubbly sensations. I just don't know of I am swallowing air unconsciencly or what. Help!

It's normal to have increased stomach noises. Your stomach is a lot smaller, but your body doesn't know that yet, so you may have extra stomach juices or even saliva that fills your stomach and makes it gurgle and make funny noises.

Really normal. I am a year out and sometimes I still think my stomach is a wookie!

Oh yeah, my kids think I am the funniest thing at the dining table. Constant source of amusement for the family :D
