Can someone write down a typical day diet of puree almost 3 weeks post op for me

I would greatly appreciate it

My favorite purée recipe is:

1 can fat free refried Beans

1 can chicken (from Costco)

About 1/4 cup organic salsa (from Costco)

Blend it all up, I top it with fat free cheese and heat it in the microwave and then add a little fat free sour cream. It is delish!

It makes enough for about 6 1/2 cup servings

Puree for me was a lot of scrambled eggs, ricotta cheese, hummus, and guacamole.
