  1. I also have an IUD and no longer had a cycle....until I was sleeved! I've had 2 normal periods since being sleeved June 3. I hope they go away, it's the best part of having an IUD:)
  2. I'm a Deputy Sheriff, wife and mother to 3 wonderful kids. Down 52 pounds!
  3. I had both and a hiatal hernia repaired. I had minimal pain. I did sleep in my recliner for four nights, it hurt to lay flat. I felt good and was able to walk, I didn't have to much of the gas pains like others here. I was back to normal routine in a week. Good luck!

My favorite purée recipe is: 1 can fat free refried Beans 1 can chicken (from Costco) About 1/4 cup organic salsa (from Costco) Blend it all up, I top it with fat free cheese and heat it in the microwave and then add a little fat free sour cream. It is delish! It makes enough for about 6 1/2 cup servings
  5. I had a two week high protein liquid diet, no sugar, no carbs. It was tough but I lost 20 lbs in those two weeks:)
  6. I had my sleeve on June 3rd! So excited!
  7. Hi all, I was sleeved on June 3. Everything is great so far, feeling good. My daughter and I even did some shopping at the mall today, it was nice to get out. I'm so excited for this new chapter in my life!
