What are you eating? I am scared to try jello and protein shakes and smoothies are still too thick. I have been adding a liquid protein shot into my gatorade? What can/can't everyone else use?

Brought up my Day 6po on MyFitnessPal...I had a cup of coffee with creamer, Cream of Chicken soup with a scoop of Chicken Soup Flavor protein, SF pudding with a scoop of Chocolate protein powder and a protein blended ice smoothie with almond milk, vanilla protein powder and unsweetened cocoa powder. Oh - and vitamins and lots of water!

I started every day (and still do) with a cup of skim milk....in a glass glass that has been in the freezer overnight! I couldn't do the shakes, I never found one I could drink without grossing out! I used the protein shots also, one from GNC with 43 grams of protein. Some don't think they're as good, but if you can't get the other down, I say, do it. I'd hold my nose and sip a little morning, again at noon and finish it off at night. Rinsing my mouth out every time....because they aren't good either, but it's only 3.5 oz!!!! I would eat a little Jell-O and I liked Campbell's Chicken Noodle soup, strained, just the broth. I could only eat an eighth of a cup at a time.

I'm 6 days post op too! I am allowed jello and pudding, so I have been eating greek yogurt thinned out with milk, sugar free pudding, tomato soup, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, skim milk. lots of water, and protein shakes.

Protein shakes, Cambell's 98% FF Cream of Chicken soup and the Broccoli and Cheese soup, popsicles, sugar free pudding. Gotta be honest though, can't wait for my follow up. Need a little more variety. Getting bored, not hungry though!
