I am six days out and have watched everyone around me eat all of my favorites around me, over and over and over. My family is not doing it to be mean. They have to eat too, and what they have in the fridge and freezer are all foods I love. I can't stand to even look at broth now, Water feels like someone is stabbing me in the chest every time I drink it (even with Crystal Light). I am out of Popsicles and all I have left is Jello. Ugh, I finally talked my mom into taking me to the store where I got avocado, milk, Breakfast shakes and other no sugar items to make thin smoothies that are keeping me from tearing that pizza out of the TV and stuffing it in my mouth, tiny stomach be damned. None of it is on the list but I have had absolutely no problems getting it down. As a matter of fact it all seems to be a slider food because I can slowly have A LOT before I get any kind of indication that I am full.
But hours later the family eats again, the smell overwhelms, the commercials are displaying, and I WANT FOOD! Not liquid.
