Wow, that bicycle kicked my butt!

Well, I took a slow meander (a quick 20+min) on my new tricycle, on one of the several paths by my house, and I'm EXHAUSTED! My wife got worried when I came in from the ride, cause I was panting like a dog in heat, and my legs were a little wobbly... I hear people say it gets easy, I just don't believe it.

That's a great start. Give it 2 weeks, you'll notice a difference. Be sure to hydrate well.

I will keep up with it, I just whine a lot ;)

When I started I was 5 miles at a 5mph pace. It has taken me months to get my distance and speed up. I can remember after one of my early rides, about 7 or 8 miles, I could not walk right the next day. It gets easier, just keep on keep'n on, the peddles that is.
