It just got real :)

July 11th is my Big day starting to feel anxious !! I had my pre-op class today met with the Surgeon 'nutritionist ,Bariatric nurse , for all instructions before surgery !!! Next time I see them will be @ the hospital !!! Im scared ....!!!! I have a tons of paper work to read over !!! :)

    Woo hoo! My doctor gives out binders of everything on the first appointment. It's been super handy! It's made it a lot easier to keep up with all of my appointments and stuff!

it's a lot to read and try to remember. i finally created a notebook and kept everything in one place. and definitely write down things your NUT or doctor told you during the pre-op visits. there were times after surgery that i couldn't remember an instruction and had to refer back to my notes. wait...a minute...maybe that's just me and an age thing. :unsure:

Yeah I got a binder too ... And I have everything in there so I can refer back ... My brain is on overload
