Liquids suck!

So it's my 2nd day of my pre-op liquid diet and it sucks !! I hope it's gets easier but today was really hard because at work they ordered cheeseburgers for lunch and ate around me :(

I just have to have strength and know that the outcome will be worth it :)

Only about two more days to go before the hunger, weakness, and headaches go away. You'll feel as well as you did before the diet and be amazed at how well you do on how little you're consuming.

  • Stay strong it will get easier. During lunch instead of sitting with your co-workers go for a walk, read a book, run errands, etc. good luck!

Yeah I have been higher at 315 and my body basically fought me. I have two bulged discs in my back and I CANNOT get back to where I was, I could barely walk. Imagine trying to lose weight when you can barely walk...kind of a catch 22. It took me a year but here I am and now I would like the sleeve as a tool to help me the rest of the way. Good luck we are not that far out now!
