Drinking water

I am scheduled for surgery July 10. I had lapband so I am accustomed to limiting my foods, my main concern is drinking water. Will I be able to drink a jug when I workout? I am addicted to water crazy I know but I am. I have to drink water!!

    I think the answer is it depends. I seriously doubt you will be able to guzzle water for at least a few weeks. I was able to somewhat gulp water once I was a month out.

    I figured as much. I won't start really working out until one and a half months out of surgery but I love to work out!! How was your experience?
