So I am from Ohio and I just started this crazy journey in April. I go to Dr Choban at Mount Carmel Bariatric in Columbus. I am super excited to have her as my surgeon, but I have had nothing but trouble with the office staff returning calls and such. I have whined and complained in other posts, so I won't go into it here.

I was just wondering if anyone else out there goes to Dr Choban or is in the Columbus area?

Hi, I am waiting for my date in October. My doctor is Dr. Phillip Price. Hopefully all will go well. Mt. Carmel is a Bariatric Center Of Excellence and that makes me feel better. Also my family doctor recommended Dr. Price. They may be in the same office.

I used Dr. Price from the same office. Sheila was extremely hard to contact for me. I would literally call her every half hour some days just o try to catch her in the office & off the phone. I did find that if I called first thing in the morning she was more apt to answer. Hope that helps!

Date is Oct. 22. Shelia didn't call but sent The letter on Monday apparently. So happy to have the date!
