Pretty sure i pulled something

I am three weeks postop And I went grocery shopping and picked up a 12 pack of beer.. I really didn't even think about weight But ever since then I have a burning sensation in my left side Of my big Incision is and it shoots all the way to my Bellybutton.. It doesn't hurt when I walk only when I use that side of my stomach muscles.. When I sleep I have to hold my stomach in so it doesn't kill me to turn or get up..

Has anyone else ever had this And if so what did you have to do?

I pulled a muscle last week. I got a back brace to wear for a few days, and it helped tremendously. As did ice.

Yep, exactly.

It's pretty common (as you see here) it's from the dissolving internal sutures healing.
