Crossfit?

I'm interested in doing crossfit after my surgery. Has anyone tried this and what were your results? Did you have any complications and how soon did you start after surgery?

I do Crossfit and it's done well for me

yes - crossfit has been very - very good for you

Big country,

How much loose skin did you have?

How much did you weigh before surgery?

Me too. Sorry to be dense, but are you saying the majority of your skin went away through the weight loss or via crossfit?
