Protein shakes question

Do I have to have protein shakes after having the sleeve?

In Qatar protein shakes are not available except for GNC, can i get mine from GNC? Is it good or tastes funny?

For me, without the protein shakes I would not have been able to get all my protein in. At about 2 months I was able to stop using them regularly, but kept some handy in case of a low protein day. Do you have access to an online service like Amazon? I used Premier Protein which was available at several online outlets as well as Walmart, and my local grocery store.

Good luck!!

For the first six weeks or so, shakes are the easiest way to get Protein since you can't eat solid foods.

Shakes are part of both my pre-op diet and a few weeks of my post op. You may talk with your dr and ask if you can skip them and what the alternative would be.
