Ok so I got all I need for this 10 day liquid diet chicken broth fat free and beef broth fat free and low sodium, skim plus milk, cases of water,sf gelatin,sf popsicles, and chocolate and vanilla bean total lean shakes....while I was at the market putting this stuff in my cart I said to myself....I said SELF.....U KNO SOMEBODY GETTING CUSSED OUT RIGHT..... YOU DO REALIZE THAT THIS CAN TURN INTO AN EPISODE OF SNAPPED REAL QUICK.....yea....im praying this 10 days goes by quick I mean it would be something diff if they said do this when I had a banana shaped stomach but I still have a whole stomach that can fit A LOT of stuff in it....ok im done venting 6/7 friday I start this.....fellow sleevers pray for my love ones lol they gonna need it lol
