Know how many carbs and what type of sweeteners are being used. (Some hide a lot of chemicals and other nastiness in them) Other wise, if you can work that into your eating plan, then go for it.

I'm 2 weeks out and hardly eating anything so it wont be too much of an issue but ill ask for nutritional information...thanks for the advice!

If you want a "do it yourself" yogurt machine, I got a Dole-Yonanas machine. You can put plain frozen fruit and after it comes out you could add the rest (protein). Demo I think on youtube . No unknown additives this way. Find machine on line. It will help for hot days. Fun for my kids to eat healthy and control frozen treats.

I ate sugar free frozen yogurt from some yogurt shops in that stage too, no problems for me.
