So the YouTube channels helped a lot when I started this in December. In fact it was one video that made the decision for me. I'm hoping to help people considering this. Since I have my date scheduled I posted the first video I made after the seminar. Now that this thing is in full swing...I'm going to do more.

I subscribe to many different people and follow their weight loss journey which is how I found out about this VSG forum. I made one too & feel the same way.. Ive been practicing but i cant help but to laugh feeling like im talkin to myself.. Lol
