You're talking about the Vena Cava filter for blood clots? I didn't notice it while it was in and didn't feel any different after it came out. I'm still mad at the OR nurse because he wouldn't give mine to me. I wanted to have it gold plated and make it into a necklace! LOL Mine did catch clots and saved my life. :)

Yes that's exactly what I'm talking about. My mom had her's removed yesterday threw her neck and today she is in a lot of pain. Pain from the ear to the neck and stomach pain??? Just wondering how normal this is! Thanks
