Happy 1 month anniversay!

I got sleeved on the 5th May, weighed in at 109.5KG pre the preop diet, now I weigh 92.9 so nearly 17 kilograms lost in around 40 days! I'm sooooo sooo happy about the weight loss though it has slowed down a bit the past few days, I'm still losing which is great.

The only downside really is the food, I keep getting bad reactions when I try things out, I'm worried I'll be on soups forever at this rate!

Congrats! I am one month out also. I was 164.5 after 16 months with a band and weighed in at 148.5 at my one month post op this morning. I havn't had many problems with food. I just stick with moist softer foods and chew really well. I love Greek Yogurt and it is only 80 calories with 14 grams of protein. Have you tried it?

I'm 4 weeks post surgery today! Pre 2 week liquid diet I was 264 weighed back in at the doctors yesterday at 229! 35 lbs down feels great! I'm on puréed soft food (only two more weeks!) and only have problems if I eat too fast.
