Muscle Milk

Does anyone know if muscle milk is aloud on the pre-op and post-op diet. I will not have time to make a shake. I tried today. Pretty good

It has a lot of protein but it is higher in carbs and calories. Go to Sam's or Costco and pick up Premeir Chocolate or Vanilla. It is 30g of protein and the best tasting one I have tried so far.

Have you tasted it? It's vile...

Not sure, every surgeon's rules r different.. But i tried it & the chocolate is horrible..

My doctor required that I used Bariatric Advantage brand shakes preop (I had to buy them from him :rolleyes: ) but I was free to use whatever I liked after surgery.

Same here but I made them thinner & added artificial strawberry flavoring & that helped ALOT!!

Designer whey Protein is very good.
