I ate a lot of tuna salad made with a lot of Miracle Whip Lite. Also sugar free/fat free pudding made with skim milk. I ate them both almost daily.

Mushies... let me try to remember...

Refried Beans saved my life. Add some tabasco, red sauce, and chile verde, top with cheddar cheese...mmm...

Cottage cheese

Mashed potatoes

Tofu (in any sauce/marinade you want)

Wet & well chunked tuna salad

Betty Crocker makes some really great (instant) mashed potatoes. they come in 4 or 5 different flavors. even my DH likes them and he is PICKY!!

i agree w/ tuna w/ light Mayo ... that is still my lunch most days

I Had Alot Of Favorites. Mashed Potatoes, Mac And Cheese, Cottage Cheese, Omlet With Alot Of Melted Cheese(soft Cooked), Tuna Salad, Sugar Free Pudding, Noodles Mixed With Any Kind Of Sauce Mushes Up Very Well. Congratulations On Your Band.
