Question for Dr. Garcia patients

I was wondering after the surgery when you are back at the hotel, who would you call if you had something go medically wrong with you in the middle of the night?

Would you call the people at the hotel, your coordinator (I've heard it's hard to get a hold of them once you are there), or would you call some type of emergency number?

Along with the HUGE list of numbers they give you like Marmir said, Dr. Garcia's team is extremely quick about getting back to you, or answering the phone!! I've had a couple questions once I got home

  • They give you compression socks at the hospital (florence) and you can take them with you

Dr. Garcia was not my surgeon, but I was given the number for my patient advocate, driver and was able to talk to my coordinator via email. I had two questions while I was there and my coordinator answered me almost immediately.

Also do they give you compression stockings for the flight home? I'm wanting to leave a day early than the usual stay and was worried about the 7 hour flight home.

Dr Luna is your afte care specialist .. U can txt or cal and ask him anything ... And he comes to the hotel each day to check & change your bandages. Also if u want any meds u call Irene or luna and a pharmacy will deliver some to the hotel! I've never heard of that kind of care anywhere else! Don't worry you are in GREAT hands x
