Crazy Car sickness after surgery

Hello! I am just over 3 weeks post. Ever since my surgery I can barely tolerate being a passenger in anyone's car. I have gotten very car sick on a couple of occasions and almost always beyond nauseous every ride. Even watching a car moving on TV makes me ill. Thoughts?
