NEED SLEEP!

O my...ever since I woke up after surgery I can't sleep...today is 4 days out and I might sleep for 20 mins at a time. I need some serious rest! Anyone else have this problem? I know I have not been very comfortable either but my body is SCREAMING for rest!

I am 6 days post op and last night was my first full night of sleep. Like you, before I was only sleeping 20-30 minutes at a time. I stopped taking the pain pills and only took them last night right before I wanted to go to bed and it worked! Been up all day without a nap and look forward to a good night of sleep again tonight! Hopefully it will get better for you soon!
