Goal Weight

How did you decide what your goal weight would be? Was it is your doctor's suggestion? The BMI, height, age, weight calcualtor? Were you happy at one time when you were at that "magic number"? Or a combination of all those and other things? :girl_hug: I want to know the story. Share if you would, please.

My goal is 140. I want to have a healthy BMI and wear a single size digit in clothes. I am 5'6 and my ideal weight range is within 117-154.

My doctor never said....I told my nutritionist that 170 would be a reasonable goal, but she said I'd probably get down to 150. My main goal right now is to get to onederland!

Weight is just a number on a scale... I have a goal size.

I want to fit comfortably & consistently into a size 14 - or tight into a 12 - and I don't care if I do that at 150 or a 190.

I will be happy so long as I can wear a 14 in normal women sizes.

I am shooting for my dr recommended goal weight of 176lbs but I think once i get there I will see what feels the most comfortable between 150-176lbs. After all its about how I feel about how I look so I should be the one to decide. My true aim is to be a dress size 10.
