Blood clots

My surgeon told me for six weeks following surgery I need to take a minute walk every 15 min, always moving after 15 min. How did you all remember to do this? Set an alarm lol or did it just become habit. It is to prevent blood clots so I definitely want to follow his advice.

  • My surgeon hadn't mentioned this. I do walk fairly often, but didn't have any specifics. I'm 4 days out and will try this tomorrow.
