Down 72lbs..starting weight 233 now 162 :) couldn't be happier..on a stall now but I'm proud of where I'm at :) keep up the good work everyone!

    Did you go through a hair loss spell? I was sleeved about a month after you and that my only issue right now is the major loss of my hair.

    I still am...but I'm taking Biotin 1,000mcgs my dr said it usually a continues through six months
