abdominal cramping?

Anyone had similar problems? I'm 3 weeks out, today experienced excruciating cramping in my lower abdomen and lower back. Felt like childbirth contractions. Lasted 3-5 minutes.

Called nurse she says it may be from constipation? Doesn't sound right. Any stories, ideas welcomed.
