1st day on liquid diet

Not starving (YET) but I can tell that I'll be craving something salty soon. Anyone have ideas for a less sugary protein drink?

I bought the unjury brand chicken soup flavored protein drink. it does give you a little of that saltiness taste that you crave.

Excellent suggestion. I'll go in search of it today. Thanks!

Are all the Protein Shakes so sugary? I first thought it was another different addition to my smoothie I was adding, but stopped that when I started getting serious with the Protein shakes. So I"m making mine with 1% milk, and it tastes like melted ice cream.

And thoughts?

I'm on day 10 of the liquid diet and really wanting salt as well. Someone suggested the chicken broth flavor ISOPRO in the bottles. Good luck.
