Thanks for the quick replies everyone. I'm going to decide today. Did I also mention that I work 50 hrs/week and also going to grad school? haha! I like challenges. I'm leaning towards waiting till J

Are you mentally prepared? Have you done your homework? I would urge you to make sure you're ready.

What type of vacation are you going on? R &R laying by a pool or sightseeing, activities, on-the-go, etc...?

Hello!
I'm looking for some advice. I've decided to go ahead with the surgery in MX and I'd like to do it as soon as I can. I thought I decided on a date in mid-July, but there's an opening in my schedule for the weekend of May 31st and that works for Dr Ponce too
1. Is it too soon?
2. I have vacation booked with my family for two weeks beginning June 6th. Will the recovery screw up my vacation?
I'm a pretty tough cookie and I think I can handle it, but I welcome any honest feedback. My motivation for getting it done quickly is that I'm the type of person that once I want to do something, I accomplish it quickly ( except for the gazillion diets I've been on!). Also I'm going to Hawaii for Christmas and I would like to be well on my way to my healthy body weight by then. Lastly, I can't stand the thought of waiting another month to do this when I know the opportunity is there in 2 weeks!
Thanks in advance!
