Fill me in on all the different b vits you sure taking & why? I want to make sure I have everything .

I take all the Bs mentioned above, too...I had to sign a bunch of papers when I had my surgery that if I didn't take them...brain damage irreversible could be a possibility.

I take B 1. I get injections one a week. I give it to myself.

Just b1 for now.

I take B1 and B12 pill form. I was taking B1 prior for some feet issues.

  • 8 months later...

I am taking b1 because I have a defeniciency. I am not doing any better taking them . I am scared after reading the systoms. I have most of them and just started being very forgetful. I am taking them orally. I see the doctor again in March. Help I need to know if anyone else has this problem
