Need a surgeon,please help me!

I'am very confused about the different dr and options... I want to have a fast process, I'm over a year searching info, reading and learning, now I'm ready! I would like to know how long takes the process in some MA WLC,like Beth Israel,Brington-Steward, UMass, Wing MEmorial, etc, etc...any other suggestions? I live between Wrocester and Sprigfield...I hope any MA people can give me a hand with this.....THANKS!!!!
