After 6 weeks

I was wondering how everyone sleeve was after the 6 weeks mark after you can go back to eating regular...do you still have to use the 30-30-30 rule....does it still hurt when you eat...and is it still 2 ounces of food...thanks

30-30-30 pretty much is your new rule as far as I know. The pain does stop, but portions for me are very small still.. I haven't had bread, but I can't finish say a normal burger patty (not the giant ones you get at chili's, but the thinner ones you see at bbq's.

Some foods are a little easier then others.. I was pretty much able to eat anything without much issue, but like I said very small amounts.

Tanks for the reply...that's good I'm on the puréed stage in a couple days I go to soft and mushy...isn't that like the same thing?.
