High Protein Pudding

Got asked to repost this recipie:

16 oz. nonfat cottage cheese

1 package sf instant pudding

1 scoop Protein powder

4 tbsp skim milk

12 oz. container sf Cool Whip

Combine all ingredients till smooth in food processor or blender. Add more milk for a looser consistency.
