Have you checked out "The World According to Eggface" blog? She has lots of appetizer and dessert recipes. Her newest one was a chili/tortilla bite that sounds delicious. Also has mini quiches and a lot more.

I am a few days post op and I am drooling thinking about all of her wonderful recipes!

In that situation I usually take BBQ Honey Wings. I get a big bag from Costco. I eat them all the time... I do remove the skin. They also have a tequila lime flavored wings that I have heard are great.....

I had a party that I went to last week and brought crockpot meatballs.

big salad with some baby spinach, red cabbage, cucumber, grape tomatoes and some fresh mozzarella. Make a dressing for the side of balsamic and you are good to go. Easy peasy and it is healthy and a good thing to have for an outside party.
