sleep study

So i just received my packet for my sleep study and it says if u have weave u have to take it out....i just got my hair braided why do i have to take my hair out for a sleep study??? Please somebody let me know

    It does, it does! I don't get haircuts anymore, the barber pulls hard on my chest hairs and it pulls the hair on my head back in. Much better system. :-P

I hated my sleep sgudy..I kept waking up..n the stuff they put in your hair is annoying to wash out..I have thick curl hair n it was a mess..lol..thank god I didnt have to go back for part 2 n I dont have sleep apena..I only stop breathing 1 time an hour

I know ima wake up b i hate being in unfamiliar places so i was gonna take some sleeping pills before i get there is that allowed???
