No progress

I have started my 3rd week post op on Tuesday. When I went to my surgeons office at 1 week post op I was 196lbs and today 1 week later still 196! Anybody know why??? I am walking a mile of the morning and of the evening. However, I am not able to get 80 grams of liquid protein in a day for some reason....just lost the interest in it. I am on liquids still. Broth, jello, protein shakes, Isopure, sugar free pudding, and also started low fat cottage cheese only.

I didn't lose weight my first three weeks, in fact I maintained the hospital five pound weight gain. Now its six weeks and about forty pounds down. Be patient with your body and kind to yourself. Good luck, it will come.

My second week was tuff I was going to the gym every day and nothing I started weighing my self every other hour and nothing I got a little obsessive so I stopped weighing myself. I stepped it up at the gym and really really focused on what I ate. I drank only water I ate only Jello and sugar free popsicles. Keep your head up stay focused and stop looking at the scale today I went for my for well post opt and surprise surprise I'm down 35 pounds. You can do it!!!!!
