Almost 1 month out and feeling pretty good. Never had problems with the nauseousness. Have had some pain at the largest incision site and bruising there also. Still having trouble getting all the fluids in but doing pretty well with protein. Definitely have restrictions with food. Only eat 4-6 bites of food and I feel a tightness in my chest. Hopefully that will relax just a little. Any good ideas on how to increase my fluid. I eat popsicles, drink water and gatorade but inly get like 30-40 ounces in a day. Side note I am down 30 pounds counting weight lost on pre op diet!!!
