exercise..

I have a somewhat physically demanding job. Any thoughts on how to track my exercise for the day at work? I'm on my feet all day, walking, twisting, turning and lifting parts that are anywhere from 3-75 lbs a day.

Sounds like your job IS exercise lol. I do home health care and since no ones there but me and my patient (who spends all of his time in his room) I keep dumbells, a resistance band, & ankle weights there. So throughout my 5 hour shift I do that stuff, and crunches...and run back and fourth in the livingroom. At my next patients house, I take care of a child so I take him for walks and I run up and down the stairs. Not sure what you do but theres ways to make a routine for yourself. Good luck :) If ya need a buddy msg me!
