I believe my guide is not to have crackers till 3 weeks post-op but I was hungry and I ate small bites and chewed them really well and had one starting on day 5 post-op.

You can have crackers at the full food stage. That being said many including myself have chosen to avoid eating items that are high in starchy carbs like breads, crackers and pastas. Keeping the carbs below 40 a day seems to help keep the weight loss at a good rate.

I just can't do crackers because they trigger all sorts of food cravings for me so its best for me to stay away.
