You can! You can also switch it up with Kefir. Be careful though because some people have developed a lactose problem after their surgery so try 2 oz first and wait a few hours before moving onto more. If you do develop a lactose allergy then rest assured that Kefir is 99% lactose free and has just as much protein as milk.

I usually use skim or 1% if skim is not available. The only shakes I've had that are okay with just water are the GNC Wheybolic Extreme 60 chocolate and the Syntrax Fruit and Iced Tea flavored powders.
