Can i drink my protein shake with regurlar 1% milk?? Dont like it with water.

If you do develop a lactose allergy then rest assured that Kefir is 99% lactose free and has just as much protein as milk.

    I usually use skim or 1% if skim is not available. The only shakes I've had that are okay with just water are the GNC Wheybolic Extreme 60 chocolate and the Syntrax Fruit and Iced Tea flavored powders.
