Overeating

I feel like I'm eating too much, I never throw up, I always feel full. Anyone else have this feeling?

Im having this feeling too. Im wondering if I even ate much more than this before I started this process. Im not hungry, but I feel like there are times when I should be eating for the Protein and the energy.

Yes I agree I know the book they gave us says to eat six meals a day. I'm afraid to go back and get weighed and doc will say I gained weight..... Uuuhhhh
