NutriPure? Too many calories? Carbs?

When looking through Prosource.com's site, it rated NutiPure as its top rated MRP. This Protein shake is 290 calories and it has:

16 grams of carbs

43 grams protein

100% DV of Vitamins A, C, E

80% DV Calcium

50% DV of Folic Acid, Biotin, Thiamin, and many, many more.

I used to drink this during my fitness days (10 yeas ago), and I liked the flavor when blended with frozen fresh fruits; however, I don't know if this has too many calories for the full liquid diet phase, or too many carbs, or too many sugars (4 grams--60 cals). Any suggestions or ideas?
