I keep reading about eating string cheese post op ??? When can we start stribg cheese?

I love string cheese, but I am so picky about it! Some kinds are almost waxy, and that grosses me out.

I was able to eat it at 6 weeks post-op.

I hate the waxy kind, too. Sargento's reduced fat is the best one I've found that isn't waxy.

Well what I am noticing is now instead of craving sweets I am craving salty stuff !! I am a week post op and know that string cheese is aways away but thought would be a good snack !
