Dizzy and light headed

Sleeved last Tuesday and been doing great. Today I'm very dizzy and light headed. Any idea why?

    I've been doing rally good with water and had a ton of jello yogurt etc yesterday. Just really light headed today and got the sweats like I was going to pass out. Drinking water hoping it goes away

    Just muscle milk. Going to the vitamin store and getting protein powder. I think I'll do better with that.
