Body Aches Post Op

So I am now 5 days post op and I am able to get all my protien and fluids in just fine. Had some nausea today but nothing my anti nausea med doesnt help. I dont have any pain when I drink or eat anything, but Ive been having body aches. They go away for the most part when I take my pain meds, but I just wanted to see if others have had this issue. Ive also had a fever that comes and goes, never goes above 99.8. I called my doctor and the fever is normal. It goes down when I take my pain meds since they have tylenol in them as well.

Should I be really worried or is this normal?

Thanks!!
