protein pills after surgery ?

Hi, i have not had my sleeve surgery yet, but from what the nutritionist told me, getting enough after surgery is a big deal. I did some research and found some protein pills (sold in vitamin section) that contain varying amounts of pure protein. I'm wondering if anyone has used these post-surg to supplement their diet?

I'm not sure "protein pills" are the best choice, I would check with your surgeon or nutritionist first.

Good Luck!

I don't know about protein pills either, but the Unjury brand makes an unflavored protein powder you can sprinkle on anything and add to any liquid. I am going to get some on payday! Good luck and getting enough protein is a big deal. I drink a protein shake in the morning to give me a nice boost of energy for the day. Christi
