No pain?

Ok I am 10 days out!!! I have been doing my protein shakes and water and broth etc. I have lost 14 lbs already I have been doing my 30 mins cardio on tread in the gym every day starting 3 days after surgery. Two questions.... I am not experiencing hardly any pain since maybe 5 days out, silly but i feel like i should be "more uncomfortable" ( silly I know)? 2nd question, has any one been worried that they wouldnt lose weight, feeling a little paranoid. Ive lost 14 before but gained back..... Pls tell me someone else has gone through same feelings!!!

Oh yes. Other than some itchy and slow healing incisions, I never felt pain at all. I felt tired, grouchy,

hungry, and miserable but no pain. Not even immediately after surgery.

And yep - I figured surely I was going to be the one that this wouldn't work on. Even now I think I should lose faster. But i have all the time in the world to lose weight and I know it will come off in good time.

Enjoy your pain free state. It sure beats the alternative.

And it's gonna work for you just fine:) Be patient and just try to learn how to live your life in the post op world. It's a big adjustment. There will come a day when you look back and smile at how you worried. It's all good:)
